“Vista Chinesa” by Tatiana Salem Levy is on the shortlist of the LiBeraturpreis 2023.
The prize is awarded annually for an outstanding title by a female author from Africa, Asia, Latin America, or the Arab world in German translation. The winner will be announced on 14 June 2023. Among the former winners are Maryse Condé, Assia Djebar, Mayra Montero, Yvonne Vera, Claudia Piñeiro, Patrícia Melo, and Chisako Wakatake.
