Cercador Prize 2024

We are proud to share that Agustín Fernández Mallo has been awarded the prestigious Cercador Prize 2024 for his novel The Book of All Loves, translated into English by Thomas Bunstead and published in the United Kingdom and in the USA by Fitzcarraldo Editions.

The Cercador Prize recognizes outstanding works of literature in English translation, selected by a committee of independent booksellers across the United States of America.

As part of the award, USD 1,000 will be conferred to the winning translator.

Last year, the prize was awarded to Zoë Perry’s translation of Of Cattle and Men by Ana Paula Maia.
