Shortlist Grand Prix de Littérature Policière 2024

We are happy to announce that our author Eugenia Almeida has been nominated for the 2024 Grand Prix de Littérature Policière in the category of Best Foreign Novel. She received this prestigious nomination for the French translation of her work “Desarmadero,” titled “La Casse,” published by Editions Metailié.

The Grand Prix de Littérature Policière is the most prestigious award for crime and detective fiction in France. This prize consists of two categories: French-language novels and foreign novels. The winners will be announced in September. Eugenia Almeida shares this honor with notable authors such as Leonardo Padura or Don Winslow.

Previous winners in the same category include renowned authors Camila Läckberg (2008), James McLaughlin (2020) or Dennis Lehane (2023) among others.
