Jorge Carrión turns his titles “Bookshops” and “Against Amazon” into a TV series, “Booklovers”, which will be available on Caixa Forum+, a Spanish streaming platform for culture and science. The series is available in Spanish with English and Portuguese subtitles.
In each episode, Carrión travels through a city (Buenos Aires, Madrid, Lisbon, Mexico City and Barcelona) and interprets it through its bookstores, libraries, writers, publishers and readers. The first episode is dedicated to Buenos Aires, the city with the most bookstores in the world, available from today on. The other episodes will be made available always on Thursdays until December 21.
The prestigious Argentine newspaper “La Nación” dedicated a spectacular article to Carrión´s series.
